1. Silas: As a renowned manager and consultant in the entertainment industry, you’ve worked with some of the biggest names. How do you balance the demands of your high-profile clients with your personal life?

Silas: That is a great question. In all these years of doing this business I’ve had to put it into the proper perspective. Once my daughter was born I had to realize I worked the way that I do not only so she can have a future, but when she has kids and her kids have kids they can have a future of what they great granddad has provided, so that is not to say that the business comes first it is saying that always put God and your family first the rest if you work hard will fall into place.

2. CEO and Spirits: Highlights the unique preferences of influential individuals. Could you share with us your favorite alcoholic beverage and what sets it apart for you?

Silas: Because I don’t drink a lot there is a saying that I live by drink to celebrate never to medicate. So I don’t have a go-to drink. I like smooth tasting rums sometimes as well as wines. I will also say don’t get caught up into what people say you have to spend for wines find what you like, what you love and drink it your taste is your taste and you should not be worried about anyone’s judgment, because of it that being said Because of my sweet tooth I love sweet wines lol.

3. Collaboration: Often thrives on shared experiences, including enjoying a drink together. Could you share a story about how a casual drink session with a client or colleague led to a breakthrough or strengthened your professional relationship?

Silas: I wouldn’t say that drinking with colleagues has strengthened my relationship but a lot of clients are getting into having their own spirit companies. It’s really cool to have these conversations on why they are jumping into that business. So with that comes from tasting whatever alcohol they’re getting into. Which always leads to great conversations.

4. Entertaining Clients: Your roster includes an eclectic mix of talents, from musicians like Justin Timberlake to personalities like Wayne Brady. How do you navigate the diverse tastes and preferences when it comes to entertaining and enjoying drinks with your clients?

Silas: This is how I do it when it comes to entertaining at my house. I’m in control so you drink what I have lol. But seriously I try to have a little bit of everything for everyone to enjoy.

5. Shifting Attitudes: Over the years, have you noticed any shifts in attitudes towards alcohol within the entertainment industry? How does this intersect with your professional endeavors?

Silas: I can honestly say I haven’t really noticed a difference or shifts in attitude towards alcohol. Only that a lot of celebrities are trying to get into the business.
So lastly, I will say to anyone please drink responsibly and know your limits. Thank you for the conversation. May I do something that impacts your lives in a positive manner.
Stay blessed, may our character not spoil our destiny.
