Joseph: My inspiration is providing professional resources for all my clients with detailed
info when it comes to the financial aspect. Working with athletes to learn about wealth management & growth.
Balancing Work and Personal Life:
As a successful entrepreneur and a figure in the luxury service industry, how do you manage to maintain a
balance between your professional commitments and personal life? Do you have any rituals or practices that help
you unwind?
Joseph: On the VIP Luxury rides I provide safe & responsible transportation to & from
destination. I deal with high profile athletes that just want to unwind while enjoying great conversations if
need be.
My drink of choice is Don Julio Tequila on the rocks but only if I’m able to enjoy & not on duty. I’m a social
drinker so if the environment is a comfortable setting I’ll have a drink.

Being the older brother of MLB player Aaron Hicks, how has your family background influenced your entrepreneurial
journey, and do you find commonalities in the principles of success in sports and business?
Joseph: Working for my brother has been a family blessing & I take my job very seriously. Being
a big brother first then a professional manager/Driver/Chef.
